Novembro chega ao fim e o Outono está definitivamente instalado. Numa época em que tudo na natureza pede descanso e recolhimento, enquanto que a nossa vida acelera e as exigências aumentam a todos os níveis, o grande desafio é encontrar algum equilíbrio. Espero que, com todos os pratos a girar ao mesmo tempo, consiga ainda parar alguns instantes para ir apreciando o momento. Bem-vindo Dezembro!

November ends and Autumn is definitely here to stay. In a season when everything in nature asks for rest and gathering, while our lives speed up and demands increase everywhere, the biggest challenge is to find some balance. I hope that, while I struggle to keep all the dishes spinning in the air at the same time, I'm also able to pause once in a while to enjoy the present moment. Welcome December!
