Lately

- Esta semana aprendi mais ferramentas para estar no momento presente. E que é possível mudarmos se quebrarmos o hábito de sermos nós próprios, com todos os condicionalismos que criamos a nós próprios.

- fiz pão de espelta a meias entre a máquina e o forno. 

- fiz pela primeira vez granola caseira, para oferecer no Dia da Mãe.

- tenho uma carteira nova, da Maodemeia, não é linda?
