Depois de um Agosto em modo lento, Setembro parece-me sempre passar em câmera rápida. É o regresso às rotinas, ao dia-a-dia sem pausas para respirar, reflexo da nossa sociedade sobre rodas e comandada pela tecnologia. Mesmo que tente contrariar, sou invariavelmente apanhada no meio, com a agravante consciência da violência que isso representa para os nossos corpos, as nossas mentes, as nossas crianças e o nosso planeta. Resta-me ir recorrendo aos habituais momentos de "parar para olhar em volta" para manter alguma sanidade, para ir estando presente na estação vigente (cada vez mais difícil com o clima tão alterado), e para ir partilhando o que vejo, conforme posso. Foi assim Setembro, fugaz, rápido, intenso. Mas cheio de pequenos instantes dignos de ver e sentir.

After an August in slow motion, September always seems to pass in quick motion. It is the return to routines, to everyday life without pausing to breathe, a reflection of our society on wheels and controlled by technology. Even if I resist, I am invariably caught in the middle, with the aggravating awareness of the violence this represents for our bodies, our minds, our children and our planet. All I can do is resort to the usual moments of "stop and look around" to maintain some sanity, to be present in the current season (increasingly difficult with the climate changes), and to share with others what I see, as I can. That's how September was, fleeting, fast, intense. But full of small moments worthy of noticing and feeling.
