É tempo de parar... Tarefa não muito fácil quando tudo à nossa volta parece continuar a girar à mesma velocidade de sempre, sem fôlego. Mas muito necessária para reequilibrar o corpo, a mente e o espírito, assim como todos os papéis que desempenho nesta vida. Para sentir um pouco do Verão a passar por mim, para me centrar.

It's time for a break... not an easy task when everything around us seems to keep spinning at the same usual pace, breathless.
