The Happy Mail Project: May letters

Já vamos a meio do ano e o projecto The Happy Mail Project continua, e vou coleccionando lindas cartas vindas de todo o lado, pelas mãos de pessoas fantásticas. Maio foi mês de receber notícias de Inglaterra, da Ishtar Olivera (agora em Espanha), a outra mentora do projecto e quem me convidou a participar. Ao ver o envelope fiquei sem palavras, mas mais ainda fiquei ao abrir todos os pequenos embrulhos que trazia no interior, cheios de tesouros em papel inspirados na natureza, especialmente a pensar em mim, flores, pássaros, penas, coelhinhos, stickers, um carimbo e sementes do jardim da Ishtar, que estou deserta para plantar e ver o que dão! Adoro as cores, a textura dos papeis, as formas e todos os pensamentos bonitos que esta carta me transmitiu, gracias Ishtar!

It's middle of the year already and The Happy Mail Project continues, and I'm collecting beautiful letters from all over the world, by the hands of fantastic people. In May I got news from the UK, from Ishtar Olivera (now living in Spain), the other menthor of this project and the one who invited me to be part of it. When I saw the envelope I got speechless, but got even more when I saw all the small packages inside, full of paper treasures inspired by nature, specially made for me, flowers, birds, feathers, bunnies, stickers, a stamp and seeds from Ishtar's garden, which I can't wait to plant and find out what they become! I love the colors, the texture of the papers, the shapes and all the happy thoughts this letter brought me, gracias Ishtar!

A minha carta voou novamente para a Holanda, desta vez para a Lisa Manuels. Juntei flores de várias formas, em papéis bonitos, um marcador de livros bordado por mim, um tecido que pintei, crochet e fotografia.

My letter flew again to the Netherlands, this time to Lisa Manuels. I gathered flowers in different forms, in nice papers, a bookmark embroidered by me, a fabric I painted, crochet and a picture.
